Which community can you see your family living in?

Choosing your floor plan:

Each of our communities offer a great selection of floor plans.  From ranches, to master suites on the main level, or master suites upstairs we offer a little bit of everything!

So how do you decide which of our plans is right for you?  Making a wish list is always a great place to start.  How many bedrooms and bathrooms do you need?  Do you need a bedroom on the main level, or would one of our patio homes best suit your needs.

Once you have made this wish list, your Builder Representative will be better able to guide you to a floor plan.
