If you’ve ever been in the market for a new home, you understand there are a lot of choices to be made. Which home building company? Which community? What about the floor plan? The perfect home design for one person may not be the perfect home design for another, which is why we have been customizing homes for over 40 years.

Which community can you see your family living in?
When it comes to neighborhoods we are in quite a few. Bedford Farms is very popular with beautiful homesites and a community pool, or Kensley with its boutique style community feeling , but Addison Park may be more your speed because of the easy access to I-85, easy commute to Charlotte, and having your lawn maintenance included. Choosing your floor plan:
Each of our communities offer a great selection of floor plans. From ranches, to master suites on the main level, or master suites upstairs we offer a little bit of everything!
So how do you decide which of our plans is right for you? Making a wish list is always a great place to start. How many bedrooms and bathrooms do you need? Do you need a bedroom on the main level, or would one of our patio homes best suit your needs.
Once you have made this wish list, your Builder Representative will be better able to guide you to a floor plan.
