Looking Back on 2023

Looking Back on 2023

Happy New Year!

For many, today might be your first day back to work after a much-needed holiday break, and we hope that you are feeling rested and ready to tackle a brand-new year!

For us at Niblock Homes, we are beyond excited for a new year filled with new home building possibilities!  But before we move into this new year, we want to take a moment to reflect back on what a great year 2023 was for us.

So, what happened this past year?

We moved-into our new Model Home at Ardley, The Bellhaven.

We opened our new Concord Community, Red Hill!

Not only is Red Hill a beautiful community but it holds a very rich history for Concord, Cabarrus County, and North Carolina.  You can learn more about the history of this community by reading our previous blogs.

We also built and moved-into our Harper Model at Red Hill.

We move-into our new Grayson Model at Irish Creek.

We built the Cumberland Clubhouse, and we began selling phase 2 of the community!

Addison Park has one remaining move-in ready home!  The rest of the community is SOLD OUT!  You can learn more about this home by clicking here.

We developed a new first floor Main bedroom plan, The Dawson!

You can learn more about this move-in ready Dawson plan by clicking here.

Overall, 2023 was an extremely busy and exciting year for all of us at Niblock Homes, and we are looking forward to all that this new year has to offer!

If you would like to learn more about any of our communities or move-in ready homes, you can schedule your appointment today (704) 842-9448!
