Our new Bellhaven Model Home at Ardley is now Open!

The Bellhaven is the floor plan that we chose for this Mint Hill Communities New Model Home.

Throughout the home you will find pops of the color, Magenta.  Magenta is Pantones 2023 color of the year.  As Pantone put it, “Magenta is brave and fearless, and a pulsating color whose exuberance promotes a joyous and optimistic celebration, writing a new narrative. “

Sounds pretty fitting for a new model home, doesn’t it?

Here are few more details about The Bellhaven Plan.

The Main Suite is located on the first floor.  There is a secondary bedroom located on the first floor as well, and this bedroom features its own private bathroom.

You will also find a Flex Room at the front of the home, which is currently being used as our Sales Office.

 

The Family Room, Kitchen, and Dining flow together creating that desirable open concept, making this home a great place for entertaining.

 

The screened-in porch is large in size and can comfortably accommodate several outdoor seating arrangements.
