Our new Model Home at Irish Creek, The Grayson, is open!  While the model has been open now for several weeks, we are very excited to finally be able to share a few of our favorite photos from this gorgeous home!  But first, let us tell you more about the Irish Creek community.

Irish Creek is a lakeside golf course community in the midst of a hardwood forest. The centerpiece of The Club at Irish Creek is a stunning 18-hole Davis Love III Signature Golf Course.

We are very excited to be one of the approved builders for the Irish Creek Community, and we have several homesites and inventory homes that are available!

At the very front of the community, you will find our Grayson Model Home. The Grayson is one of our very popular Ranch style floor plans with the Main Suite on one side of the home and the 2 secondary bedrooms on the other.

This model home is built on a basement homesite, and we have to admit, the basement might be our favorite part of the home.

With a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, 2 sitting areas, a covered outdoor space, and plenty of storage, this basement has it all!

Back on the main level of the home you will find both formal and informal dining spaces.

There is a large screened-in porch with an outdoor fireplace, which makes a great extension to the family room.

The Main Suite is tucked away giving you plenty of peace and privacy.
