Last month we closed on the very last home in Bedford Farms.

After a decade and some change, Bedford Farms is finally complete!  We have loved watching this community grow phase by phase over the years!

 

 

Bedford Farms is one of our larger Concord communities with just over 160’s homes. Although the Model Homes have changed throughout the years, the Southern charm of this community has always remained the same.

 

 

 

 After becoming the Model at Bedford Farms, The Dunhill Plan, became one of our top selling floor plans, and it still to this day is one of the most sought after homes to build.

If you are interested in the Dunhill plan, we currently have two Dunhill’s under construction in our Concord communities, Kensley East and Olde Homestead. 

We want to thank everyone for all of the wonderful memories at Bedford Farms.  This community will always have a special place in our hearts.
