Happy New Year!

For many, today might be your first day back to work after a much-needed holiday break, and we hope that you are feeling rested and ready to tackle a brand-new year!

We at Niblock Homes are beyond excited about a new year filled with new home-building possibilities! But before we move into this new year, we want to take a moment to reflect on what a great year 2024 was for us.

So, what happened this past year?

 

We sold out in our Concord Community, Olde Homestead. We also sold the Moss-Morris house that we completely renovated and used as the Model in the community. We have to admit, it was very hard to let this historic home go.

 

In Red Hill, we sold the remaining home in Phase I and are now currently building in Phase II.

 

Our Active Adult Community, Cumberland, has grown and transformed over the past year.  We are currently developing future phases in this community as well.

 

Ardley, in Mint Hill, has 3 remaining homes before this community is sold out!

New Communities:

We developed and have begun selling in Brighton Park, our Mt. Pleasant community.  The Model home is also under construction.

 

 Saddlehorn, our new Troutman community, and Adalyn Park, our new Mooresville community, both are developed, and the Model Homes are under construction.  We will begin selling in these communities early 2025.

We have begun development on several future communities as well, and we look forward to sharing these updates with you all this new year!

 

Overall, 2024 was an extremely busy and exciting year for all of us at Niblock Homes, and we are looking forward to all that this new year has to offer!
