It is hard to believe that another year is coming to a close.
We hope that you all enjoyed a much-needed holiday break, and you are feeling rested and ready to tackle a brand-new year!
For us at Niblock Homes, we are beyond excited for a new year filled with new home building possibilities! But before we move into 2023, we want to take a moment to reflect back on what a great and fulfilling year 2022 has been for us.
We closed on the final homes in our Bedford Farms Community!
We opened the Cumberland Model Home, The Woodhaven. We also welcomed the first homeowners to the community and began construction on the clubhouse.
We sold out Kensley East and welcomed new homeowners to the community.
We were finally able to start building in our new mint hill community, Ardley, and right before Christmas, we opened the communities Model Home, The Bellhaven.
We began development on our new Concord Community, Red Hill. The Streets have been paved and construction has started on Inventory homes.
In November, we were presented with the 2022 Residential Preservationist Award for the outstanding work on the Moss-Morris House at Olde Homestead!
One of our very own, Gary Embler, won the Distinguished Builder of the Year Award at the NC Home Builders Association Stars Awards!
Overall, 2022 was an extremely busy and exciting year for all of us at Niblock Homes! Despite the on-going supply chain issues, we were able to finish the year strong, and more importantly, with lots of opportunity moving into 2023!
