Addison Park and Cumberland are Niblock Homes very own Asheville inspired Patio Home Communities.

Here are a few things to know about these two neighborhoods.

 

 

Addison Park is located in Harrisburg, NC.

This community offers a total of 55 homesites with a variety of single level and master on the main floor plans to choose from.

This community also features one of our Designer Model Homes, The Woodhaven.

 

 

Cumberland is located in Concord, NC.

 

Cumberland is our brand new Patio Homes Community.

This is an Active Adult community of single-family patio homes.  The community will feature a clubhouse, pickle ball court, walking trail and dog park.  The location is close to shopping, hospitals and plenty of restaurants.
