Building a custom home is often thought of as a stressful and an overly expensive process.  Typically when people hear the phrase custom built home, the instantly think of a multi-million dollar home located on Lake Norman or a gated community.  For majority of us, building a home in that price range just isn’t realistic.  That is where we come in.  As a home building company since 1979, we have been customizing new homes in the Charlotte area for over 42 years.  We believe that getting exactly what you want can be possible and affordable.

Our floor plans are functional, versatile, and customizable.  From moving walls to create additional square footage, increasing the number of bedrooms or bathrooms, to adding custom touches to the interior of your home, we believe that our homes offer something for everyone.

When you build with Niblock Homes, you also have the opportunity to work closely with our in house architects to design and customize the exact home that you have always dreamed of.

So remember the floor plans that you see on our website, or the Model Homes that you may have visited, they are all great starting points, but they don’t have to be the end result.
