Single-Level Living – Come See Our Ranches!
Single level homes, aka Ranches, are in high demand. Typically you think a Ranch is what the “older” demographic prefers, but these days more and more families are wanting that single level home. A ranch gives you the flexibility of having your entire family all on one level but in separate wings of the home.
We currently have 13 single level inventory homes in our communities. 7 of those 13 are move-in ready, and the other 6 will be complete before the end of 2018. Let’s break it down by community and take a closer look at the Ranches that we have available.
Ashlyn Creek and Brookside at Ashlyn Creek:
In Ashlyn Creek we have our Dunhill floor plan. With 3 bed, 2.5 bath, and 2476 square feet this home is move-in ready.
In Brookside we have our Avery floor plan. This home is staged, making it a great model to walk-thru, and it is move-in ready.
In Brookside the Wescott is a brand new ranch plan and is move-in ready.
The Avery at Bedford Farms will be complete this October!
The Dunhill is located in the new phase of Bedford Farms. This home is currently framed, and is set to be complete this October.
The Grayson is a new single level plan that we are building in Overbrook Manor! This home is 2663 square feet, 3 beds, 2.5 baths, and a 3 car garage. We are also building this new ranch as the Model home in our Robinson Ridge community!
The Gates at Waterside Crossing:
We have 2 Dunhill Inventory homes at The Gates! The top home is move-in ready, and the bottom home will be complete towards the end of this month.
The Wescott is just over 2500 square feet and move-in ready!
The Avery is still underconstruction and will be ready in October!
The Millbrook is one of our single level patio home designs. We have 2 Millbrook Inventory homes in Woodbridge, the top home is move-in ready and the bottom home will be finished at the end of this month.
The Linden is our second single level patio home design. This home is under 2000 square feet and is move-in ready!
