Our Woodbridge Model, The Woodhaven, and our Brookside at Ashlyn Creek Model, The Newport, are both for sale!

The Woodhaven is our Model Home at Woodbridge.

It is a 2-story master down home, with a guest bedroom on the first floor as well as one upstairs.

 

This Model is filled with custom touches.  From the craftsman style molding, to the sliding doors that open to your covered porch.

 

And we can’t forget the best part of all, the outdoor living space!  This home comes complete with an outdoor fireplace and gorgeous custom stone work!

Another great feature of this home, all of the custom window treatments are included!  These window treatments are made and selected specifically for this home by our Designer.

 

 

 

The Newport is our Model Home in our Mooresville community, Brookside at Ashlyn Creek. 

This home is 4 sides brick, has the Master Bedroom on the first floor, 3 additional bedrooms upstairs, as well as a Bonus Room.

And just like with our Woodhaven Model, all window treatments are included with this home!

The 2-story Family Room features a gorgeous accent wall complete with Shiplap all the way to the ceiling!
