Meet Our Sales Team!

Each of our Niblock communities has an on-site sales agent.  Our sales agents are there to help guide you in building the home of your dreams.  From helping you customize a specific floor plan, to finding you the perfect homesite to build on, they are with you every step of the way!  We don’t know what we would do without our wonderful and knowledgeable sales team, and we are sure our home buyers would agree!

We would like to introduce you to our Sales Team!

Annie Raborn is our online sales consultant.  Any time you email us, chat with us, or call us, Annie is the person you will be speaking with.  Annie has been with Niblock for over 20 years, and she even lives in a Niblock home!

Darice Pless is our sales agent for 3 of our Concord communities: Laurel Park, Overbrook Manor, and our new patio homes community, Woodbridge.  Darice has also been selling homes for Niblock for over 20 years!

Mark Burzlaff is our sales agent for our Lincoln County community, The Gates at Waterside Crossing, and our Mooresville community, Ashlyn Creek.  Mark has been apart of our sales team for over 4 years now!

Cathy Bannigan is or sales agent for our Harrisburg community, Kensington Forest.  Cathy just celebrated her 4 year anniversary with us this past March!

Dianna White is our sales agent for our Concord community, Bedford Farms.  Dianna has been selling homes at Bedford for over 3 years now, and is getting close to selling out phase 2!

All of our sales agents will also work with you if you choose to custom build on your own property, or in one of our builder approved communities.
