At Niblock, we are always working to keep our floor plans the most up-to-date, flexible, and best quality. With all of our floor plans, we have an extensive library of different plan options. These options can range from bumping out a room 2 feet, to adding an in-law suite to your downstairs, or even rearranging the kitchen layout. The flexibility that comes with building a Niblock Home is truly what sets us apart from many other builders.

 We love to customize, and after being in business for over 35 years, we think it is safe to say that we have gotten pretty good at it.   All of our builder representatives are extremely knowledgeable with each of our floor plans. Most of the time you can simply describe the type of home you are looking for and they can lead you to the plan that would best fit your family. Many of our floor plan options are results of visions and requests by our buyers. We think that it is important to listen to our buyers and what qualities they feel are important in a new home.
