There are so many new and exciting things happening at Niblock Homes!  From selling out of current communities, to opening and selling in new ones, and everything in between, 2021 has already been quite the busy year!

*Olde Homestead is located in Concord off of Weddington Road.

*Home prices start in the $600s.

 

 

Coming this Fall to Mint Hill……….

 

 

* Ardley will be located in Mint Hill just minutes from shopping and schools.
* We anticipate that home prices will start in the $600’s
* Home designs should be finalized in the next month.
* Our goal is to begin selling in the fall of 2021.

 

Coming this Fall to Concord………

 

* Cumberland will feature our award winning patio homes, a clubhouse, a pickle ball court and a dog park.
* The Concord location is just minutes from shopping and restaurants.
* We anticipate that home prices will start in the mid $400’s
* Home designs and included features will be finalized in the coming months.
* Our goal is to begin selling in the fall of 2021.

 

*  Kensley East will be located in Concord conveniently located just off of Poplar Tent Road near retail and schools.
*  We anticipate that home prices will start in the upper $400’s.
*  Home designs should be finalized in the coming months.
* Home designs should be finalized soon with sales expected later this fall. But as of right now, a date is not official.
