The Harper Model at Red Hill

The Harper Model at Red Hill

We are very excited to share some of our favorite details from The Harper Model at Red Hill.

The very popular Harper plan features a first-floor main suite, a first-floor guest bedroom, and a Flex Room.

We have found that majority of families prefer to only have one dining space, and by eliminating the Formal Dining Room, we created a floor plan that truly has no wasted rooms.  You will now find one dining space conveniently located off of the kitchen.

The large screened-in porch features a stone fireplace with gas logs.  Since we added the fireplace to the porch, we decided to eliminate the standard fireplace from the Family Room.

The kitchen design is one of our favorites.  We love how the island and the hood match, allowing the cabinets to really stand out against the dark color, and the backsplash adds the perfect pop of color against the lighter cabinets.

There are several walls that were wall papered in this home, and they are turned out too good not to share.

In the Flex Room, which is our designated office.

In the Main Bedroom.

In the hallway before the Main bedroom.

Located upstairs is a large Bonus Room, 2 additional bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms.

We would love to schedule a time for you to come and tour this new model home and learn more about the Red Hill Community!  (704) 842-9448
