Our Patio Home collection features a variety of floor plans, including Single Story and Two-Story home designs all with the Main Bedroom on the first floor. These floor plans were designed with our 55 plus community in mind.

Single Level Patio Homes:

The Crestwood

The Glendale

The Glendale is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home, with a Flex Room.  We currently have a move-in ready Glendale Inventory in Addison Park. 

 

The Linden

The Linden is a three bedroom, 2 bath home.  The secondary bedrooms are located at the front of the home, while the Main Suite is located at the rear of the home.

 

The Millbrook

The Millbrook has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  We currently have a move-in ready Millbrook Inventory home in our Cumberland community.

 

The Waverly

The Waverly is our smallest patio home design, with just at 1600 square feet.  We currently have a Waverly Inventory home that is under construction in our Cumberland Community.

The Avondale 

The Avondale features the main suite on the first floor as well as a Flex Room at the front of the home.

 

The Woodhaven 

The Woodhaven plan is the current Model Home in Cumberland.  This 2-story home features a main floor suite and a first-floor guest suite.
