We are always excited to see what the new “it” colors are for the year, and we know we can always get the latest and most up to date color trends from both Pantone and Sherwin Williams.

 

Pantone color institute is recognized globally as a leading source of color expertise. This year they have chosen the color, Peach Fuzz, as their 2024 color selection of the year.  Peach Fuzz is a light delicate shade that sits between the pink and orange family.  This color gives you those warm fuzzy feelings that enkindle warmth from the outside in.  Pantone also stated that color trends are moving toward more creams, browns, rusts, and muted greens.

 

 

Sherwin Williams 2024 color of the year, Upward, is described as a breezy, blissful blue. The color found when we slow down, take a breath, and allow the mind to clear.  Since Sherwin Williams is the paint brand that we use in all of our new homes, we thought it was important to share what their color of the year selection was.

 

In our opinion, both of these colors feel like warmth and springtime, and perhaps adding them into our homes, will help us get through the rest of the winter season.
