2025 Kitchen Trends

Color is still going to be big this year in kitchen design trends.  However, the popular green kitchen from years past is exactly that, in the past.  This year we expect to see more earthy tones, muddier hues, and metal accents.

Wooden cabinetry.  And no, we do not mean that orange-toned wood.  We are referring to dark, stained woods like hickory or walnut. Sometimes, instead of choosing painted kitchen cabinets, sticking to something more natural and organic can add so much more to your appeal and design scheme.

Earthy colors. Often referred to as, muddier hues, these colors pair nicely with wood cabinets and add to the woodsy interior that is trending big this year. Instead of greens like we have seen in years past, we expect to see more paler shades of blue used throughout.

No more boring backsplashes. There are too many fun shapes, colors, and ways to use tile in your design.  For example, extending that tile all the way to the ceiling will make for a clean and luxurious look in your kitchen.

Add new metals. Copper is making a big impact this year as well as brushed gold, satin brass, and gun metal.

Simple.  2025 is all about keeping things simple, and one trend that we plan to see more of is using the same countertop for the backsplash. It makes everything look simple, put together, and it’s very easy to clean.
