Outdoor Living Design Inspiration

In just about every home that we build, we almost always get the request for an outdoor entertaining area.  At 2 of our model homes, Woodbridge and Bedford Farms, we added an outdoor living area to the models.  Lucky for us we know a great company who designs and builds the most beautiful outdoor living areas, First Choice Landscaping.

Woodbridge is the most recent Model that we have built.  We love the outdoor living area that First Choice created here.  We definitely feel like this is a space that will get utilized even more now.

Another way to entertain outdoors is with a screened-in porch.  With the 4 panel sliding door, you can open the entire family room up to the outside.

Our Bedford Farms’ Model has several different outdoor entertaining areas.

In this home we chose to eliminate the fireplace inside and placed it on the screened-in back deck instead.  Just like with the Woodbridge Model, we have added a 3-panel slider.  When you completely open up this space, it feels like your family room is twice as big.

Then we have the outside entertaining area, once again designed and built by First Choice Landscaping.

The outdoor space at Bedford Farms features a large stone patio area, a firepit with a stone bench seat,  and a stone built-in grill/prep station.
