Back in August we posted a blog about one of our newest building projects, Union Row.  Fast forward 5 months and now 1 of the 2 Union Row inventory homes has been sold and the other one is now finished and ready for a family!

Here is a little more information about Union Row:

Union Row is located in the heart of downtown Concord, and offers four unique homes designed and built by us, Niblock Homes.  These quaint 2 story homes are within walking distance of the downtown shopping district which offers an array of shops, restaurants, and more.

This home was designed with 2 porches, a single car garage, and all of the bedrooms upstairs (there is the option of adding an elevator).

We designed this home with the dining room location being at the front of the home.  Once you continue down the hall, you will find the kitchen, living room, laundry, powder room, and an outdoor patio.

Upstairs you will find the master suite, 2 additional bedrooms, and bathroom.
