Featured Plan of the Week: The Berkley

Our featured floor plan of the week is our very popular Berkley plan.

The Berkley is a brand new master down design.  This home comes complete with your Master suite on the first-floor. The first-floor opens up to a large Family room that flows into your kitchen/breakfast room. A large gathering island with granite countertops and a tile backsplash complete your kitchen.  Your dining room is conveniently located at the front of the home, or if a study/flex room is more your style then that would work too!

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom (with the option of adding an additional bathroom) and a spacious bonus room.  Just like with all of our floor plans, customizing your home to accomodate your family is no problem.  To make customizing your home more convenient for you, we have already created several custom options for the Berkley.  Just ask your Builder Representative for more information.
