In compliance with the social distancing guidelines, and for the safety of you, your families and our team members, we have made the following decisions:
We are asking that you be mindful and postpone your visit if you or someone in your household is not feeling well, may have been exposed to COVID-19, has recently traveled to countries that have been designated by the CDC for a Level 2 or 3 Travel Health Notice, or returned from a cruise in the past 14 days.
For Home Shoppers:
Our Information centers and model homes will be by appointment only until at least the end of March. Should you wish to make an appointment, please contact us at 704-842-9448.
For Home Buyers:
We are providing “appointment only” visits to our information centers, model homes and design studio. Should you need to make an appointment to visit please contact your sales representative. In addition, Niblock Homes has made the decision to suspend construction visits, we can provide videos, photos or a virtual walk-through of your home as it is under construction if requested. Our teams will continue to perform our internal quality assurance process to ensure that the cosmetics and features of your home are up to the Niblock Homes standards of quality. At this time, we do not anticipate the need to postpone home closings. However, this is a very fluid and unprecedented situation and we cannot fully predict how COVID-19 will impact how sub-contractors and local jurisdictions will respond. It is possible that we may not be able to obtain final inspections or other required signoffs. We are committed to keeping you apprised of any developments with regards to the close of your home.
