Inventory Spotlight: The Dunhill at Ashlyn Creek

The Dunhill is one of our new Ranch floor plans.  You will notice some similarities between the Dunhill and our old Beckett plan.  The Dunhill is a more up-to-date design, with new exterior elevations, a new master bathroom design, a master closet upgrade, and several other new features.

One of our favorite new features are the window patterns.  We now offer several different window grill patterns, one of which you can find in our Dunhill inventory.  This new window pattern allows for more light to flow through your home, and it looks fantastic on this ranch design.

The Dunhill is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home with both a formal Dining Room and an informal breakfast area.

Open flow throughout the home is what you will find as soon as you walk through the front door.  With 12 foot ceilings in your family room, this 2,400 square foot home feels anything but small.

The Dunhill also has what we like to call a Flex Room at the front of the home.  With french doors and a vaulted ceiling this room would make a great office or sitting room.

The Master Suite is located on the opposite side of the home as your 2 secondary bedrooms.  Whether you use those bedrooms as guest rooms or children’s bedrooms, privacy will not be an issue!

French doors lead you into the Master Bathroom.  With tiled floors, his and her vanities, a separate toilet closet, and a large shower with bench seat, getting ready each day will be a breeze.

The closet comes complete with 3 windows and a built-in dresser.

Peace and privacy are two words that come to mind when describing this home site.  Behind you there is nothing but woods, and you might occasionally see horses grazing in the fields.
