No Cookie Cutter Homes Here

According to Dictionary.com the literal definition of customizing means:  To modify or build according to individual or personal specifications or preference,  to modify (something) according to a customer’s individual requirements.  This is exactly what we strive to do with all of our homes.  We build our homes based on an individuals (and their families) wants and needs.  Being a custom homebuilder means more than just letting you pick out a different paint color, or allowing you to add hardwoods in your dining room.  With Niblock you can completely redesign our floor plans, move walls and add windows, and more importantly you are part of the entire process of building your dream home.

We not only want all of our homes to be custom, but we want our communities to have a custom feel to them as well.  We are not a cookie cutter home builder, and our communities are a direct reflection of that.  This is why we limit what floor plans and elevations can be built side by side and across the street from one another.

Take our Arlington plan for example.  This popular floor plan can be built in all of our Niblock Communities.  With the different elevations and customizing that we allow, you would never know that these homes were the same floor plan.

Our interiors are just as customized as our exteriors.  For example one family might prefer a coffered ceiling in their family room……

Whereas another family might prefer a 2-story family room with lots of windows…..

One family might opt for a curved ceiling over their master tub……

While another family might prefer to have a tray ceiling in their master bath…..

One thing is for certain, no matter what customizable options you choose for your new home, the end result is always the same, a gorgeous well built Niblock Home.
