Inventory Spotlight: The Providence at Kensington Forest

The Providence floor plan has been a popular master down plan for many years now.  Of course the way families live today and the desire for an open flowing home has changed over the years.  We are always updating and revising our archive of floor plans to make sure we keep up with these changing times, and that is exactly what we did with our Providence floor plan.

 Located in our Harrisburg Community, Kensington Forest, you will find a move-in ready Providence.  Attention to detail was taken when designing this all brick home.  From the heavy crown molding, to the retaining wall in the front yard, this Providence shows like a model.  And now with a furnished family room and kitchen, it really does feel very similar to our designer models.

When you walk thru the front door of this home you are greeted by a 2 story foyer and a gorgeous wooden staircase.

To your right you will find 2 glass french doors with a glass transom overhead allowing plenty of natural light to flow.  This room would make for the perfect office or sitting room.  To the left is your formal dining room, complete with a coffered ceiling and gorgeous crown molding.

The kitchen flows right into your 2-story family room creating that desired open concept.  With floor to ceiling windows, there is plenty of natural light throughout this home.  And we can’t forget the built-ins on either side of the fireplace.
