How We Work with Independent Realtors

We are proud to have been building homes in our community since 1979, and we would not be where we are today without the help of our wonderful Realtor community!  We love working with Realtors to help build our clients dream home, and to show our appreciation we have created a Realtor program,  our Legacy Circle, to benefit those Realtors who sell a home with us.

To qualify, you must sell at least one Niblock home, or bring five prospects to visit one of our community models.* Then, when you become a part of the Legacy Circle, we are proud to provide you with the following generous benefits:

Easy Registration: We realize sometimes you can’t accompany your client. Simply call us prior to their visit and ask them to confirm your relationship.

Your Commission Sooner: We pay a 3% buyer’s agent commission for each new Niblock home sold. Niblock Homes will pay half of the commission at loan approval with the remainder paid at closing on any to be built home we build.

More Cash for Relocation Transactions: Additionally, if your buyer is relocating to the Charlotte area, we’ll help with relocation referral fees, making your commission whole up to $2,000.

Valuable Information: From information about homes that are move-in ready, to the release of new neighborhoods, to all the ways your buyers can customize their homes through our extensive Design Studio, we make sure you benefit from being one of our trusted selling partners.

Free Education: Continuing education is key to staying successful in our business. That’s why we invite you to attend our annual, free Continuing Ed course taught by the highly respected and knowledgeable Bill Gallagher and his staff at Superior School of Real Estate.
