Early Voting in Charlotte
Spoiler alert, this blog post has nothing to do with politics or the 2016 Presidential Election! With all of the early voting opportunities that have been taking place, we thought it would be fun to participate in a little voting of our own, home voting that is. From your favorite home designs, to your favorite decor selections, this voting is sure to be a lot less controversial and a lot more fun than the voting taking place next Tuesday. So enjoy the beautiful home selections and lets us know which selections that you prefer A, B, or even C!
So lets start our voting with interior design selections:
Subway Tile vs. Stone Tile: Both look fantastic in any kitchen, however, the tile that you choose can make the overall look and feel of your kitchen differ from the other. The subway tile will give your home a more modern feel, while the stone tile is a more classic/traditional look. So which do you prefer A or B?
White vs. Grey vs. Brown Cabinets: The color cabinets that you select for your home can completely transform the look of your kitchen. Whites and creams will make any kitchen appear larger, grey is a great in between color for those who think white is too light and brown is too dark, and browns are and always will be that classic rich look that so many love. So which will it be A, B, or C? Notice Kitchens A and B are the same floor plan.
Walk-In Spa Shower with no tub vs. a tub and a shower in your master bath: If you are someone who thinks that taking baths are just for kids, or you don’t enjoy taking them, then your vote will most likely go to our Spa Shower. However, if you love taking long hot baths after a long day at work, or you just prefer the look of a tub in your master bath, then choice B will get your vote.
Now we are on to the exterior features of the home:
Brick vs. Hardie/Stone: You can take the same elevation of any of our floor plans and add all brick to one and then a mix of stone and Hardie to the other, and it will look like 2 totally different elevations. Which one do you prefer A or B?
Screened-In Porch vs. Open Deck: Many families love the idea of a screened-in back porch. You get to enjoy the outdoors while keeping bugs and other critters away. But on the other hand, many families love a large open deck with plenty of space to add a grill, outdoor furniture, an umbrella, etc. Of course having the best of both worlds is always a third option.
Custom Home Exteriors: Our ability to customize our homes is one of the many things that sets us apart from other builders. No two homes that we build are exactly the same. So here is our popular Arlington Plan with 3 very different custom exteriors. A, B, and C……….which one would you choose?
