Each of our communities offer a great selection of floor plans. From ranches, to master suites on the main level, or master suites upstairs we offer a little bit of everything! So how do you decide which of our plans is right for you? Making a wish list is always a great place to start. How many bedrooms and bathrooms do you need? Do you need a bedroom on the main level, or would a home with a basement suit your family more?
If you are looking for a single story ranch style home, our Beckett plan is very popular. With 3 bedrooms ( we have an alternate layout that includes a 4th bedroom) and 2.5 baths, this open floor plan is perfect for the family that prefers to be all on one level.
We currently have a move-in ready Beckett in our Bedford Farms Community, and we have another Beckett under construction in our Gates at Waterside Crossing Community!
If you prefer a 2-story home, but you still want your master suite on the first-floor, then our Berkley plan might be just what you are looking for! With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, this 2600 square foot home offers plenty of space for your growing family. And we can’t forget the bonus room upstairs!! The perfect hangout for your kiddos.

We have a Stratford currently under construction in our Ashlyn Creek Community, but if you are looking for a move-in ready home, you might want to stop by Kensington Forest and tour our Hadley Plan. The Hadley is essentially a bigger version of the Stratford. Your kitchen gets a completely new layout, complete with a large gathering island and plenty of space for a big breakfast table. And we can’t forget to mention, this home includes an unfinished basement!
