Over the years we have built several new homes with an in-law suite. We have built custom houses with a second master bedroom, homes where the basement was made into an apartment, or like our latest custom built home, this in-law suite truly is a separate home attached to the main house.
This particular in-law suite was built on our Harper floor plan. To make this custom build home work, there had to be a large enough homesite to fit this wide of a footprint.
With a separate garage, front entrance, and back porch, this in law suite is the perfect private home for your family.

Of course we can’t forget the Master Suite. The master bath in this home featured a seamless walk-in shower, double sinks, and built-in shelving for additional storage.
