As a home building company since 1979, we have been customizing new homes in the Charlotte area for over 37 years. This floor plan has been extremely popular and with good reason. With 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a bedroom on the main level, and a bonus room this home basically fits every families needs. But of course there are always differences in the way that families live. That is why being able to customize your home is so beneficial. So remember the floor plans that you see on our website or that you may have taken from our models, they are all great starting points, but they don’t have to be the end result. We also build homes from scratch, where you will work closely with our in house architects to design and customize the exact home that you have always dreamed of.
