The Glendale at Woodbridge

The Glendale is one of our new patio home designs in our Woodbridge Community.  Less square footage is one common request that we kept receiving from potential home buyers.  Ask and you shall receive, The Glendale was created!

 

The Glendale’s starts at 1,729 square feet.  The home features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a Flex Room.  The Master Suite is tucked away at the back of the home, creating that extra privacy.

 

 

We still wanted to design a home that had both an open concept as well as designated spaces for the Family Room and Dining.

We think we did just that with The Glendale.

 

 

The Master Suite is a great size, especially for a 1,700 square foot home.  We are especially pleased with the size and functionality of the Master Bath.

 

 

Of course no patio home is complete without the covered porch.

One lucky homeowner will definitely enjoy this space, especially on a beautiful day like today!
