Customizing Your New Niblock Home
You have selected the neighborhood that you want to live in, you have chosen the perfect home site, and you have even decided that you want your master bedroom to be located on the second floor. Even though you have selected one of our floor plans, that doesn’t mean we have to build it that way. We always love to give examples of homes that we have built that show the level of customization that we offer. We are more than just a change the paint color, or add pendant lights to the kitchen type of builder. Here is a great example of a home that is currently under construction that has been completely customized for one lucky family!
This is our Stratford Plan’s Family Room.
This is the Custom Stratford that is currently under construction.
Making the Family Room 2-stories is definitely one way to customize your home! We have also moved the fireplace so that it is no longer on the outside wall, and there is now 2 arched openings leading you into an additional room. And of course the stone fireplace is a nice custom touch!

We have added cedar columns to the exterior of several homes, but we have to say, we love the look of these columns inside the home!
The exposed beams in this family room are another great custom addition! This is also a nice twist on our coffered ceilings!
