Niblock started out specializing in custom homes. That specialty carries over into the homes we build today. Simply choose from our vast selection of floor plans and home styles; then, our designers will work with you to customize that plan to suit your family’s individual needs. Or bring us your custom plan and our experts will bring it to life.

That is exactly what this family did. While on a family vacation they fell in love with a lovely historic home. When they got back home they worked with an architect to replicate this style, and then they brought their dream plans to us. The end result is their one-of-a-kind home. There are many custom features with this home. From the intricate moldings and trim, to the breeze way connecting the home and garage, all the way down to their hardwood floors. Many of the hardwoods in their home come from recycled floors used in an old textile mill.
