Working with Habitat Cabarrus

Habitat for Humanity Cabarrus County is one of the many organizations that we have supported over the years, and we are currently working with them to build a home for a very deserving family in our local community.  There is also several different groups of college students who are spending their Spring Breaks building a second home for another family as well.

“As Concord natives and owners of the largest locally owned homebuilder in Cabarrus County, Marc and I feel an obligation to assist as we are able in addressing the need for affordable housing in the county. We believe strongly in Habitat Cabarrus as an organization and the great work they have done and continue to do in addressing this critical need. We have been involved in assisting Habitat Cabarrus for many years and are thrilled to be engaged again this year with the build on Young Avenue in the Logan community.” – William Niblock

Not only are we providing all of the labor on one of the builds, but we are also donating almost all of the supplies including lumber, siding, doors and roofing.

We are very excited for this family to move into their brand new home in just a few short weeks, and we look forward to working with Habitat Cabarrus on future projects!
