The Newport
The Newport is one of our new master down designs, and it is also the floor plan for our new Model Home at Brookside at Ashlyn Creek.
So lets walk-thru the home starting at the front door.
When you walk-thru the front door of the Newport, you are greeted by a 2-story foyer, a Flex Room, and your grand staircase.
This home also features a 2-story Family Room. We have added extra design detail to this home with the ship-lap and board and batten accent wall.
The Kitchen is bright, open, and has a large gathering island. Directly off of the kitchen is the informal dining room.
