Parade of Homes Charlotte 2017!

It’s that time of year again, Parade time!  The Parade of Homes Charlotte starts this Friday October 6 and will continue every Friday and Saturday until October 22.

This year we are featuring 2 of our Designer Model Homes.  Our Gates at Waterside Crossing Stratford Model and our Bedford Farms Dunhill Model will both be in the parade this year!

The Stratford Model features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a first-floor bedroom, and an upstairs bonus room.  You can see this homes feature on the Parade’s website by clicking here.

The Dunhill features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a screened in porch with gas fireplace, and an upstairs loft with a full bathroom!  You can see this homes feature on the Parade’s website by clicking here.

There are 80 homes featured in this years parade!  You will find homes from all different builders in several locations, Stanley, Concord, Mooresville, and Charlotte just to name a few.
