Depending on ones qualifications mortgage loans can be obtained for as little as 5% down.
4.) How long does the entire home building process take?
Once you have made your design selections, the actual building of the home takes about 4 months.
5.) Can I make changes to the floor plans?
Absolutely! Niblock specializes in custom homes. Simply choose from our vast selection of floor plans, library of optional ideas, and home styles; then, if you like, our designers will work with you to customize that plan to suit your family’s individual needs. We’ll even build you a one-of-a-kind home designed by your architect or our architectural staff.
6.) Can I use my own Bank or Lender?
Absolutely. However, Niblock contributes towards closing costs if one of its preferred lenders is used.
