New Master Down, The Hayworth
The Hayworth is one of our newest floor plans. With square footage just over 2,600 and the Master on the first-floor, we feel this new plan fits nicely into our portfolio of homes.
We have built this floor plan as an Inventory home in our Ashlyn Creek and our Gates at Waterside Crossing communities. The home in Ashlyn Creek is finished and move-in ready, the one at The Gates will be finished this fall.
You will fall in love with the open flow of this homes Kitchen into the Family Room, and while these two rooms create that open concept, we have kept the Dining Room at the front of the home for a more formal feel.
We love the Kitchen in our new Hayworth plan, especially the large kitchen island and the window over the sink.
The Master Suite is located off of the Family Room and down a separate hallway for added privacy.
His and her vanities complete the Master Bathroom. In our Ashlyn Creek inventory, we have a large tiled shower instead of a tub.
Upstairs you will find 3 additional bedrooms, a large bonus room, and another bathroom with double sinks!
