The Depot at Gibson Mill is a tourist destination for “antiquers” and “pickers” alike!  With over 88,000 square feet of sales floor and over 600 individual dealers, this antique mall offers something for everyone!

About Gibson Mill:

Gibson Mill was a historic plant located in Concord, NC that produced American made bedding until manufacturing was sent overseas to China and India.  About a year after the Mill closed, 4 friends decided to purchase the complex in hopes of bringing activity back to the building, and that is exactly what they did.

The Depot at Gibson Mill is located on 58 acres of land, and besides The Depot, there are also several other businesses located there.  Inside The Depot you will find a delicious local deli, Ellies Diner.  With over 88,000 square feet to pick over, you will get hungry!  Also located inside The Depot is a fabric center.  There you will find hundreds of patterns and fabrics, all at an affordable price.  The Autobarn Classic Cars is also located at The Depot. This is a great place to market your collector car to a big audience. There is also a fantastic venue, City Club at Gibson Mill.  This great space is perfect for weddings, parties, corporate events, and celebrations of all types!  Of course Gibson Mill wouldn’t be complete without its breweries, 2 to be exact.  The Cabarrus Brewery is the newest addition to Gibson Mill.  At this brewery you will find all locally produced craft beer served in a really fun environment.  You are now even able to purchase their beer at select stores!  The second brewery located at  Gibson Mill is High Branch Brewing Company.  High Branch Brewing is a family run brewery that focuses on Belgian inspired and hop forward ales with an emphasis on fermentation profiles.  High Branch’s tap list also changes week to week!

Gibson Mill is just one of the many wonderful places that Cabarrus County has to offer, and we have 3 Cabarrus County communities that are only a short drive to Gibson Mill.  Our Laurel Park community is just a 7 minute drive, Bedford Farms is only a 14 minute drive, and Kensington Forest is about a 20 minute drive away.
