Our Aspen floor plan has proven to be one of our top selling plans.  With its large gathering island, open family room, and spacious master suite we can certainly see why.

The 4-bedroom Aspen home is charming and functional with a full bedroom suite on the first-floor. The kitchen features plenty of working space, storage, and a large gathering island. The bonus is the large walk-in pantry and butler’s pantry – these 2 features make this well-designed kitchen layout work even better for everyday meal preparation and for festive holiday celebrations in your formal dining room. Care was taken to make the informal dining area large for family comfort and casual entertaining. The kitchen, family room and informal dining area all act as one open living area. Upstairs is the master suite, two other bedrooms and the family’s get-away bonus room for recreation, media or office.
