Ashlyn Creek is ideally located in Mooresville, NC just off of HWY 73,  only 15 miles to I-77 and 28 miles to Charlotte.  Located on the quieter side of Mooresville, Ashlyn Creek residents love its convenient location without the congestion found in other parts of town.

Located directly across the street from Ashlyn Creek is Mooresville Middle School (many kids in the neighborhood walk to and from school, which is a pretty rare thing these days!)

Fun fact:  The Mooresville Middle School tennis courts are open to the public! How convenient!
