Ashlyn Creek is our Mooresville community that is just minutes away from historic downtown Mooresville and the shores of Lake Norman.
Ashlyn Creek is located in the sought after Mooresville school district, and is located directly across from Mooresville Intermediate School.
Ashlyn Creek features a community pool and pool house.

Our first move-in ready home is the Hayworth. This home is currently staged with furniture and is serving as our temporary Model Home. The Dunhill is our second home that will be complete in December. The Dunhill is one of our most popular Ranch plans, and this plan just recently won gold in the 2017 Parade of Homes! This home features 12 foot ceilings in the family room, and a formal dining room and flex room at the front of the home.
