2017 Color of the Year, Poised Taupe

Sherwin Williams has just announced their 2017 color of the year, Poised Taupe (SW 6039).  As described by Sherwin Williams, “Poised Taupe SW 6039 creates a cozy lifestyle and brings a sense of sanctuary into our homes. It diffuses the stresses of the world outside our doors — so much so that we feel restored and in balance when we walk across our threshold.”

We absolutely love this 2017 color of the year choice.  It’s neutral enough to match just about any other color, it’s inviting and warm without appearing boring, and it is a color that you could use in any room in your home.  Part earthen brown and part conservative gray, Poised Taupe is definitely at the top of our design list!
