Our homes are backed by the coverage and peace-of-mind that only a 2-10 HBW Structural Warranty can provide.  So what does that include?

• The Warranty offers 10 full years of structural defect coverage for load-bearing components beginning day one of closing.  What is covered:  roof framing, load-bearing walls, beams, columns, foundation, and floor framing.
• 2 full years of systems surety coverage against defects in wiring, piping, and ductwork in electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, ventilating and mechanical systems.
• 1 full year of surety coverage against defects in workmanship and materials.  What is covered:  roof covering, cabinets, countertops, door panels, exterior siding, hardwood floor, ceramic tile, drywall, interior trim, carpet, paint, and the fireplace.
